Starting in the spring of 2010, you can now sign a Green Rental Contract with Solna Gate. A Green Rental Contract is a joint commitment between the tenant and property owner towards contributing to a better environment. An addition to the existing rental contract, the Green Rental Contract makes it possible to combine forces in our efforts to reduce both energy consumption and environmental impact.

Smart, environmentally friendly decisions are an excellent way to take concrete, long-term responsibility, both before and after moving into your rental space. Your colleagues and customers will thank you for it.
